About this page

This page explains how to check measurement indexes and experience results in the experience’s report tab.

Show “Experience summary” report

Experience summary will show the results of measurements from the beginning of an experience. You can check transitions of improvement rate, CV and number of visitors for whole rounds conducted in graphs.

What is experience summary?

If you have not started any round, you can check indexes of the original design registered as the target URL and those graphs. If you have already started any round, you can check aggregated indexes of all variations and graphs describing those transitions through the experience.

How to see experience summary?

Graph will be shown from the date our service starts capturing log from embedded JavaScript tags within your website. There are two statuses as follows:

Before beginning any round

Once JavaScript tags are embedded and data starts being captured, you can check the number of visitors to the original design and its graph.
Also, once the goal is set and its CV starts being captured, you can check CV, CVR and those graphs. (Embedding tags will be required when you choose click track or transaction goal type.)

After beginning a round

You can check aggregated indexes of all variations and those graphs for the goal and the priod you select.

Indexes in experience summary

You can see its definition by placing the mouse cursor over ? mark.

How to set up the graph

  1. Set the period (set dates) of the report you want to see.
  2. Select the goal of the report you want to see.
  3. Depending on the goal type you select, indexes that can be described in graph will be different. For more details, please check the bellow.

Show round report

You can show the measurement results of the selected round. You can check the improvement rate, CV, the number of visitors etc. of the round by variation.

How to set up the graph

  1. You can see the report by round. First, select a round.
  2. Next, select the goal of the report you would like to see.
  3. Depend on the goal type you selected, index to be shown will be different. For more details on graph by index, please check the following graph types.

Graph types

CV rate

You can check the transitions of CVRs in a graph on a daily or an accumulated daily basis. If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its CVR, number of visits and CV of that date will pop up.

CV

You can check the transitions of CVs in a graph on a daily or an accumulated daily basis. If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its CV of that date will pop up.

Visits

You can check the transitions of numbers of visits in a graph on a daily or an accumulated basis. If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its number of visits on that date will pop up.

Overall conversion rate comparison

You can compare CVRs of variations for the round selected from its beginning to date in a bar graph. The auxiliary line over each bar visualizes the estimated CVR range at this moment in time for each variation. Statistical significant is reached when those lines are no longer overlapping.

Quantity/Visit

You can check the effect of improvement based on the quantity (the number of units) by visit. With this, you can see the transition of “the quantity by visit” per variation in a graph. If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its quantity/visit, quantity and number of visits will pop up.

Quantity

You can use this to view a graph when you choose transaction and quantity for goal type. This shows the transition of quantity for each variation. If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its quantity on that date will pop up.

Overall Quantity/Visit Comparison

You can use this to view a graph when you choose transaction and quantity for goal type. You can compare quantities per visit of variations for the round selected from its beginning to date in a bar graph. The auxiliary line over each bar visualizes the estimated quantity per visit range at this moment in time for each variation. Statistical significant is reached when those lines are no longer overlapping.

Revenue/Visit

You can use this to view a graph when you choose transaction and revenue for goal type. This shows the transition of the total amount revenue) by visit. If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its revenue/visit, revenue and the number of visits on that date will pop up.

Revenue

You can use this to view a graph when you choose transaction and revenue for goal type. This shows the transition of revenue (amount.) If you place the mouse cursor over any point of each variation, its revenue (amount) on that date will pop up.

Over All Revenue/Visit Comparison

You can use this to view a graph when you choose transaction and revenue for goal type. You can compare total revenues (amounts) per visit of variations for the round selected from its beginning to date in a bar graph. The auxiliary line over each bar visualizes the estimated the total revenue (amount) per visit range at this moment in time for each variation. Statistical significant is reached when those lines are no longer overlapping.

Round statistics

You can see the list of indexes of all variations by goal for the round selected. It you click a thumbnail image, that takes you to its preview page. If you click ID of variation, that takes you to its detailed page.

Output in CSV format

You can download the indexes of the selected round(s) in CSV format.
